From 20th May, we’ll be moving from AccuRx to SystmConnect — a new way for patients to contact and access our services online.

• Still no account needed – patients can quickly and easily submit requests without creating logins or remembering passwords.
• Faster and more streamlined – SystmConnect is fully integrated with our existing clinical system, helping our team manage requests more efficiently.
• Better experience for patients and staff – by reducing duplication and improving workflows, our hardworking team can spend more time focusing on patient care.
• Still simple and convenient – whether you’re contacting us for advice, appointments, admin queries, or sick notes, the process will be straightforward and user-friendly for on the go.

Please note: Triage and online request form opening times remain the same.
