Welcome to IG Medical
IG Medical is a primary care provider serving communities in Yorkshire through its surgeries in Ilkley and Grassington. The name IG stands for Ilkley and Grassington Surgeries, reflecting the partnership between the two. The surgeries formally merged on 3 August 2015, bringing together their teams and services to strengthen local healthcare provision.
We take pride in delivering high-quality primary care, supporting patients with a wide range of GP services and community health support. We are also part of the Wharfedale, Airedale and Craven Alliance, working collaboratively with other healthcare organisations to improve services and access to care across the region.
We work hard to create a warm, supportive environment for both our patients and staff.
